Welcome to Youth Sports Video (YSV). By accessing or using our services, including video recording, editing, livestreaming, and stat tracking, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided YSV offers video production and analysis services for youth sports events, including game-day filming, highlight editing, livestreaming, and performance stat tracking.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate event information, obtain permissions for YSV to record games, and ensure appropriate conduct at all times during service delivery.

4. Content Ownership YSV retains ownership of all raw footage. Edited content may be shared with clients under a non-commercial license. Clients may request commercial rights for additional fees.

5. Use of Likeness By using YSV services, you grant us permission to capture and use video/audio recordings that may include your or your child’s likeness for service fulfillment and promotional purposes.

6. Payment & Refunds All services must be paid in full prior to event coverage. Refunds are only granted in cases of technical failure or weather-related cancellation, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability YSV is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Modifications We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
